About Us

David and Regina Fabry are the founders of Campfire Properties, a private investment firm focused on creating unique real estate investments in RV Parks and Campgrounds. 

David and Regina have an extensive background in business development. 

David brings more than 20 years of leadership experience growing a highly successful multi-national manufacturing business. In his time at the helm, David grew the company from 15 employees and $5 million in revenue to a 125 employee $50 million enterprise. 

During her early working career as a business development specialist, Regina worked with Fortune 1000 companies to provide business solutions that directly impacted their bottom line. She knows how to focus on profitability.

Growing up in a real estate family, Regina also brings a real estate investor’s perspective to the company. To add to that experience, she worked with appraisers and top-performing real estate agents in the second part of her career.

In 2014, David and Regina discovered a passion for real asset investing. They bought their first property in their own portfolio to verify the viability of campgrounds as a real estate investment before offering investment opportunities to others. 

Together they are assembling a portfolio of campgrounds. Their mission is to provide great investments in real assets and to promote the health benefits of being in nature.

David and Regina are married for more than 23 years. When they are not traveling in their motor-home between their campgrounds, they reside in the mountains of Prescott, Arizona with their two teenage sons.
